As a die-hard Marvel fan, I always marveled (pun intended) at the superhero Vision's incredible powers. He could control his density, making him as hard as a diamond or as ephemeral as a ghost passing through walls. But as I delved deeper into the science behind his abilities, I realized that something didn't quite add up.

You see, Vision's powers have been mislabeled as "intangibility," which, according to Dictionary.com, means something that cannot be perceived by the senses, defined, or corporeal. But that's not quite accurate, as Vision's ability is more about manipulating his mass and solidity than being intangible.

This got me thinking: if Vision can become insubstantial, then what would happen if he were hit by light? After all, light has mass too, albeit a tiny one. Would he become invisible, as light passes right through his body without bouncing back to our eyes? And if so, wouldn't he also be blind, as the reflected light would pass right through his eyes without registering any image?

But that's not all. If Vision were to stay intangible forever, would he still exist? Without the ability to become solid again, he would be impervious to any physical interaction, including light. In essence, he would be a ghostly presence in the universe, invisible and intangible, but also powerless and immaterial.

So, what do you think? Is Vision's power truly intangibility, or something else entirely? It's a fascinating question that reminds us how even the most seemingly fantastical powers can have real-world implications and consequences.
